AAIE Booking Steps

  • Click Flight Search for Regular Airfare Search; Flight Special Offers for Airline Special Promotions to specific destination/s; Hotel Search for Hotel Reservations; or Car Search for Car Reservations.
  • Select your flight preference by providing all information required. As much as possible, avoid skipping or leaving any blank space while building your reservation mask.
  • Review your itinerary and fare summary. Try to finish the transaction in five (5) to ten (10) minutes to avoid automatic system refresh or time out.
  • Write down passenger's personal details on the box provided. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory. Write the name of the passenger/s as written in his/her passport. All information must be filled up and true.
  • Record your confirmation number for booking retrieval and deadline when to purchase the ticket, hotel or car rental voucher before actually ending your booking.
  • Please note to settle the total purchase price on or before the date specified in your transaction to avoid booking cancellation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • On-line booking accepts reservations made seven (7) days prior to the departure date. During Holidays and Long weekends, booking should be made nine (9) days prior to departure. Please contact Wayfair Tours Inc. for reservations with immediate needs at wayfair@skyinet.net or Telephone no. 632-893 9761 or mobile 0917 847 4317 so it can be worked on as soon as possible.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age and able to enter into binding contracts.
  • Wayfair Tours Inc. or WTI services will include only those indicated in the ticket, hotel and car rental voucher.
  • Local taxes and Airport terminal fees in some countries are collected at departure terminal. These are not included on the finalized booking.
  • No-show or on-the-spot cancellations will be charged based on airline rules. Minimum average rate of No-show fee is at USD50-USD75 and above.
  • Prices are not guaranteed until full payment is received and ticket is issued.
  • All items of personal nature are solely the passenger's responsibility.
  • For reservations made during weekends and Holidays, please call or send an sms/text message to wayfair@skyinet.net or Telephone no. 632-893 9761 or mobile number 0917 847 4317 so we can monitor the early ticketing deadline of Airlines (e.g. for options given 1 or 2 days after making the reservations).
  • Payment options: Cash, Bank to bank, Bank deposit, wire transfers and Western Union are accepted. Credit cards are accepted and card has to be either swiped in our office or through an on-line credit card payment.

  • Additional rules on paying credit card on-line:

a. Name of the Card Holder should always be included in the list of passenger booked.
b. Accomplish the Credit Card Authorization Form and send required documents
c. WTI has the right to refuse a transaction if it deems necessary for its Company’s protection.
d. For credit card payment, there is a non-refundable service fee of 6%

  • Finalization of tickets must be done based on the deadline advised in the reservations you made.
  • WTI will confirm acceptance of payment once received by email or phone call. E -ticket will be sent to a valid e-mail address after submission of documents (passport copy to check spelling of name etc.) and upon receipt of full payment. In case of on-line Credit Card transaction, passenger will be informed confirmation of payment and when the e-ticket will be sent. Please give time for Credit Card verification and ticket issuance.
  • Hard copy of e-ticket can be issued for passengers upon request to be picked up from our office.
  • Once a reservation has been completed or ticket has been issued, kindly contact WTI for any rebooking or change in your itinerary.
  • Ticket(s) once issued are non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-endorsable and sometimes not refundable in cases of super restricted tickets.
  • Changes on the ticketed itinerary may be subject to reissuance penalties or change fee imposed by the airline.
  • Wayfair Tours, Inc. is using all commercial efforts to maintain the availability of the site on a 24/7 basis. Necessary unplanned maintenance, system improvement may occur without prior notice. WTI is not liable for any delay, interruptions or systems down time.
  • The content of the site is for information and selling purpose only. The Company is not liable for any mistakes, omissions, incomplete information regarding the services, amenities, products provided to us by the suppliers (Airline, Hotel and Car rental firms). It is the responsibility of the passenger to evaluate the accuracy, completeness and usefulness of any opinion, advice or other content available through the site.
  • WTI made attempts to exclude viruses from the site, but cannot ensure that it will be free at all time from viruses or other destructive software. The company is not liable for any damages to computer equipment or other property which may result from use of the site or downloading any items from the site.
  • The company is not liable for any cancellations, postponements, revisions or amendments in the means of transportation, meal selection, type of accommodation, schedule of activities, renovations and all related circumstances arising from causes beyond our control.
  • The company is not liable for any loss, death, damage, injury, delay or irregularity that may be caused to the passenger or his property arising from causes beyond our control.
  • The company is not liable for failure to carry out arrangements due to labor disputes, force majeure, acts of God or conditions beyond the control of Wayfair Tours Inc. and the suppliers: airlines, hotels or resorts. In such case, a re-booking of the itinerary or other arrangements shall be considered based on the conditions and availability of the services of the supplier.

  2. On-line confirmation for domestic Philippines is not guaranteed as it has to be booked with our local reservation system within the day or the next working day. We will send you a reply as soon as possible.
